Graded comics often sell for more than raw copies, especially in high grades.
Marketability
CGC graded comics are easier to sell online since buyers trust the grade.
When Should You Grade?
β Consider Grading If:
- β’ Comic is worth $100+ in current condition
- β’ It's a key issue or first appearance
- β’ You want long-term protection
- β’ You're planning to sell
β Don't Grade If:
- β’ Comic is worth less than $50
- β’ It has obvious defects (9.0 or below)
- β’ You're keeping it for reading
- β’ Grading cost exceeds potential value increase
